Joy Javits, public speaking professional from In the Public Eye, is pleased to offer Drexel University doctoral students a FREE one-on-one virtual coaching session.

"Bring a presentation or a speech you have created, one you are preparing or bring questions to practice for your PhD defense, or just come, virtually! I will look at how you introduce yourself, listen to your description of what you ‘do’, and I will share two short papers with tips which I will give you time to read when we meet. I'll coach whatever presentation you show me, and we'll practice a mock interview for your summer, or dream job."

Virtual coaching sessions will be offered in August and September. Ten applicants will be chosen for a 90-minute session.

Interested students must submit a summary of their intended upcoming presentation opportunity and how they hope the coaching can help. Send summaries to the Graduate College at graduatecollege@drexel.edu.
